Special Education Parent Advisory Council
The purpose of the Special Education Parent Advisory Council is to increase the involvement of parents of children with disabilities in district policy and decision making. The essence of the Council’s purpose is to provide the parent perspective to the policies, practices and issues related to the education of children and youth with disabilities who are between the ages of birth to twenty-one. Members include parents of children with special needs, administrators and school staff.
